Small operation in YYC. Pick up and drop off at the front of the store. Need to call for pickup which takes 15-25 minutes. Rental place is about 5-10 minutes from airport. Easy processing, pickup and drop off.

Small operation at YYC, they bring the car out front when you pickup. Friendly, fast service. Car seats had some stains from previous renter but was not dirty. They cleaned as much as they could.

Couldn't rent the desired car, but the service was decent. Not sure when the $500 deposit will be refunded.

Great customer service. Friendly and informative. They told me to be careful as Alberta has speed cameras every where. So I very much appreciated that. No tickets for me.

On line booking was easy. I got what I expected.

They upsell insurance when picking up the car and commit fraud when returning it. If you rent from them, insist they clean the windshield and then check it carefully with a flashlight! When I returned the car, I had to pay CAD75 for a tiny chip on the windshield that was just a bit larger than a pinhead! If you don't have the patience to inspect, it's better to buy their windshield insurance. Additionally, they target Chinese people! At the same time I returned the car, a foreign customer just handed over the keys and left. When I returned the car, a black man inspected the windshield for 3 minutes and found a tiny chip, forcing me to pay CAD75!

The staff was very unprofessional, wasting my time, and incompetent. They answered my questions incorrectly. During my trip, I had an accident where I was rear-ended. The other party admitted full responsibility, and I recorded everything, including the other driver's license, insurance details, and contact information. When returning the car, I mentioned this and asked if they needed this information. The rental company said I should claim on the spot. How was I supposed to know the repair cost? They then charged me directly. This company is very irresponsible. Never choose them.

Best rental I’ve ever had. Very accommodating as we got there and didn’t have our sedan so they upgraded us to a Jeep for no extra charge.

We had to drive a KIA SUV as the Toyota wasn't available. It was a bit more difficult to get in and out but I enjoyed driving it.

The car was booked and paid for prior to the pick up. When I got there they had no record of the booking in their system. The service lady resolved the discrepancy satisfactorily. This was the second time in 3 months I used Routes and I used it the second time because of very good experience the first time and I would use them again.

Great vehicle, pricing, and customer service. It would have been helpful to have a snow brush in the car. I will definitely use their services again.

The company hold $500 from me and gave me the reason that in case I got any speeding tickets then they will adjust. After two days they still didn't release the holds. Which is very annoying.

Our car was broken in by breaking of a rear passenger window. Routes replacement and repair charge was ridiculous. Over $200 from estimates Plus they charged an administration fee of$50 apparently to fill out paperwork. Our insurance would not pay for the down time days or admin fees. Their “extra” insurance offered had a $1000 deductible. So nothing was covered. The extra fees after already being stolen from by the break in left a very bad feeling.

The car had a cracked window and the driver’s side sun shield’s mirror had fallen off. The car was great otherwise and we got a free upgrade. The counter staff were sarcastic and seemed to be judgmental upon pickup. At drop off the same people were present and they were much nicer.

Although we booked Honda Civic but we've got KIA Soul but the car is really new, about 1xxx KM. Drop Off is so fast but on pick up, we need to wait for car cleaning like half an hour since I thought it has just returned to Routes. Also waiting to be picked up at the airport is quite long.
