We eventually figured it out.
I've always rented from this company; the cars are in great condition and almost always new. The rental and return process is simple, though it's a bit of a distance from the airport terminal. However, their shuttle service is very good.
The rental company forced a larger car on me when I specifically asked for a small one. The service was terrible, and I definitely won't use them again! I suggest finding a more reliable rental company.

Like: I liked all the process Dislike: Well the bad thing was that I lost my wallet and the last time I used it was when I had to show Drivers licience and my insurance card. I thought I must have left it on the counter but when I returned from vacation the people working at the counter said there was nothing there.
Like: We were anxious to come to a new city and not know where we were going to; the GPS made the trip effortless and pleasurable. We were able to enjoy exploring different areas of Toronto, Cambridge and Kitchener to mention a few places...feeling confident and comfortable at all times. Staff was helpful and cheerful at all times.
