Never again, this is the worst rental car experience ever, I suggest removing them from your platform as I thought you were the same company. Shocking service, all the scam extras they charge, the delays in pick up, told I had to bring it back full of fuel when it only had a quarter tank when I collected. Rude staff who didn't care.

Had to wait for about one hour to pick up car.

The worst car rental place. Bad customer service. Hidden fees. Terrible experience. I'll boycott this place as much as I can.

No shuttle bus on return, I had to pay $25 for taxi

Need to let customers know What time shuttle bus starts service and ending time and we can see if it meets our schedule.

The whole process from waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport to getting the car needed around two hours. Only one counter opened on the day of car pick-up, so there was a long queue. Otherwise, it was good.

Extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody when calling phone number(either no answer or went dead after many rings).Shuttle pickup at airport took forever.

Only complaint I have was the inside of the windows were not clean.

Very poor customer service. Long wait times and very difficult to get help. The wait to get a vehicle took over 30 mins. Would not recommend or use again.

car is cheap; but car is in poor condition. one tyre slow leaking, one mirror case missing.

Made a booking for unlimited mileage but was given limited mileage at check in. The proposed repayment of 1500 excess of 14-28 days isrediculously long.

Other than the car being dirty when first given it the process was extremely smooth. Counter help was excellent especially when he went out and washed the car himself!

The car was fantastic. The process at the desk not that good.

The pick up process from Airport to Car location took nearly 1 hour, very poor, as long as my flight.When eventually picked up taken to Hiton Hotel 1st, 15 minute diversion and then back towards airport for car pick up so annoying that Car Pick up near Airport where you start from.When completing paper work for car hire staff advise that additional insurance is required which is 3 times costs of car hire, so not a bargain.Car provided had several dents and passenger door handle broken, looks like repairs are not carried out even though customers have paid for insurnces

Still waiting for email on additional charges

I was rather annoyed that we spent 2 hours waiting for a pick-up at Manchester airport and when I complained to the driver, he said, "No need for the attitude" !!!!!! The pick-up vehicle was full of young people who had no luggage and none of them picked up a rental vehicle and seemed to be friends of the driver, so I can only assume that the driver was picking up his friends instead of customers. However I must compliment Gina, the lady in your office, who was very understanding of my annoyance and went out of her way to assist and speed up the process. Thank you Gina.

I’m still waiting for someone to call me about the next steps for a refund and the difference in price.
