Like: Brand new car, very low mileage.

Customer service and queue time were acceptable, but the wait time for picking up the car and the efficiency of the staff were too low.

Possibly due to the language barrier, she thought we couldn’t understand her. She rushed through the information and was very impatient, and in the end, we were inexplicably charged extra.

The process of picking up and returning the car was quite smooth.

Overall, it was quite good. It would be better if the contact number was directly answered by store staff, so any issues could be quickly resolved.

There were no cars available on the pickup day, or they wanted to give me a downgraded 308 even though I booked a station wagon. I tried other rental companies, but I didn't have time to wait any longer. I needed the car urgently that day, otherwise, I might have checked other nearby rental places.

Professional service

The service was very enthusiastic, their English was good, and they patiently explained any fee-related questions.

The store is located in the underground level of the train station. Google Maps shows it on a small road outside the train station, which is not clearly marked. For the Geneva drop-off point, I contacted QEEQ and the drop-off point multiple times and finally confirmed that the drop-off is inside the airport.

Ordered a c class Mercedes and was given a CLA which in my opinion was a lesser car than ordered - was too tired after a long trip to negotiate.

I'm quite satisfied with the company. Their prices are reasonable compared to other rental companies, and there's no mileage limit, which is great. The only downside was the time it took to handle the paperwork—over half an hour. As it was my first time renting a car abroad, and being a female with not-so-good English, I couldn't understand a 1000-Euro charge, fearing it was an extra insurance fee. After much communication, another male staff member finally explained that it was a deposit in case of an accident. Once I understood, I was relieved. There were no extra insurance charges, and the car pickup was smooth. Returning the car was easy and took just a few minutes! I'll choose their company again if I get the chance.

Arrived early, but they didn't allow early pickup. Had to wait 2 hours until the scheduled time to complete the paperwork.

Initially, the order was confirmed in France, but the pickup location was very far. When I almost arrived, they suddenly informed me that there were no cars available, and I had to call them to find this out. Are you kidding me?

Because I didn't buy the staff's insurance, they kept threatening that the app's insurance is different from theirs. They said any damage would cost 1000 euros, and in the end, they even checked the undercarriage, found a damage, and charged me 1000 euros.
