Pick-up Instructions

Our office is located In the first floor in Terminal 1 just front airport check in counters 165 - 170. If you arrive at Terminal, 2 or 3, please go to Terminal 1 exits hall in the first floor. If you arrive at Terminal 4, once you exit the baggage claim hall, take the front doors exit, cross the street until the Bus station area. At right side you will find the green Bus. Take this bus and stop in Terminal 1. Enter in Terminal 1. Our office is located in Terminal 1 first floor front airport check in counters 165 - 170.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

They kept asking me to pay two deposits of 1000 euros each, which didn't make sense. After further inquiries, I found out that it was for insurance. What kind of insurance costs 2000 euros? The rental order clearly stated it should only be 8 euros. After a long negotiation, they then claimed one deposit was 300 euros and the other 101 euros for fuel coverage. Having been on a 16-hour flight, I was too exhausted to argue. The rental platform didn't reach any agreement with the rental company, and their insurance wasn't recognized. Ultimately, we consumers suffer the losses.
