Hi team, We have booked the car for 2 days, before we confirmed the booking it was mentioned that we are guaranteed a Toyota Rav4. The staff were very enthusiastic and considerate. They arrived within 5 minutes after I called from the airport. The paperwork was simple. When I returned the car, I didn't have time to refill the fuel. I was told it was okay to estimate a bit more for the fuel charge, but the elderly lady was very considerate and drove us to refuel the car before heading to the airport, which was both accurate and quick... The only downside was that the car was not a current model. It seemed to be a local brand compact car with slightly insufficient power. :P
