Ferry crossings are allowed. Cross-border travel must be declared to the branch 3+ days in advance; unauthorized travel breaches the contract and incurs penalties. Travel to restricted NZ areas (e.g., Ball Hutt Rd, Skippers Rd, Ninety Mile Beach, Te Paki Stream Bed, Macetown Rd, coast road to Russell, or unformed/gravel roads) voids cover and increases liability.

Airport desk was a little understaffed on pickup. Upgrade to SUV verry much appreciated! Booster seats were not so clean and material a bit frayed etc.
