Pick-up Instructions

The Hertz - Orlando Intl Ap car hire location is located out of the airport

Due to major constructions at La Guardia Airport, all customers except for those arriving at Terminal A will get on a Port Authority Bus labeled "Red/Blue Route" which will take them to a common bus stop at Terminal A. The customer will then have to walk through the Terminal A Lobby and proceed to cross the street to the rental car common bus waiting area and take their shuttle connection to the car rental facility. Alternatively please call 718 478 5300 for the shuttle bus instructions.

Drop-off Instructions

If you provided a flight number when you booked your car, go to the rental counter in the terminal that your flight arrived at. If you didn't, please go to the counter in Terminal A.
