Car in good condition. Quick response and friendly staff. Simple procedure.

This is a fraudulent rental company, don't rent from them. I called at 8 am to confirm a 3-day extension at 110 MYR per day. After the return time of 1 pm, they called me at 3 pm saying it would now cost 300 MYR per day. They shamelessly said the price had changed, regardless of whether I returned the car at 3 pm or the next day at 1 pm, it would still be 300 MYR. This is clearly extortion since they've already charged the credit card. Avoid this company. Plus, I didn't get the specified car model.

Both customer service and the car rental staff were very friendly and attentive.

After completing the paperwork, we waited for half an hour and had to urge them to bring the car, which ended up being a temporary replacement.

We initially agreed to pick up the car at Langkawi Airport, but after taking a ferry to Langkawi, the rental company helped me coordinate the time and arranged for me to pick up the car at Kuah Town. The service was excellent.

Terrible company, deceiving customers with word games. I never got the car! Had to rent another car from a different company.

At the last hour, we were told that the car, Innova was not avail instead we were being offered with Avanza (paid for Innova). Fuel was not full. Told us they will deliver the Innova on the following day which we had to follow up. Innova was sent to our hotel but the car was definitely not to the expectation. Very poorly maintained. Fuel was empty and we had to fill up ourselves just like the Avanza. The car key and remote was simply unbelievable (pls refer photo)

The service staff explained everything patiently and had a great attitude. The handover process was simple!

Quick service, contacted them and they arrived at the airport within a few minutes.

Europcar do don’t have a counter at Langkawi airport. It’s a metre and greet service. This is fine if coming off a flight, but not (like us) who decide to rent half way through our stay and want to collect from the airport as it’s convenient when dropping off and flying out. A call to Europcar on the rental agreement, soon resolved the issue of them not having a desk at the airport.

Picking up the car at the airport and returning it at the dock was very convenient. Langkawi is perfect for self-driving. I'll continue renting from Samavest after returning from Koh Lipe.

Samavest's service is very reliable, definitely deserves a thumbs up.

They promised to pick me up at the airport with a sign. However, I waited for half an hour after arrival and still didn't see anyone, and it was a midnight flight at 12 AM. After multiple calls to customer service, the car finally arrived after 1 AM.

As soon as we came out, we saw the staff holding a sign waiting for us. Very good service.

The service was good. I requested delivery to my hotel, and the staff delivered it for free, upgrading the vehicle to a Nissan.

I'm completely satisfied with the car and the service that has been provided to me & my family. Looking forward to use the service again whenever I need to rent cars for my trips.

Dirty car! Poor condition! There were even cockroaches in the car! Couldn't find the pickup person after getting off the plane! Took over 20 minutes of wandering! No counter at the airport! Staff didn't wear uniforms! No uniforms during drop-off either!

The so-called sign for airport pickup must be a dream. They charged me over 100 RMB for using one extra bar of fuel. It's a scam targeting those who didn't read the rental agreement properly.
