Dislike: i dint get the latest version of my car

Like: a good condition van, that gives us a smooth ride through out our stay in Langkawi..
Dislike: the trip is too short...

Like: Car was neat and clean. The associate was helpful. They delivered what they promised.
Dislike: At the airport they had a different name on the playcard then what I had on my printout so took a bit of a wait.

The staff were very enthusiastic. I rented a 7-seater but they gave me a 12-seater van, allowing me to experience driving a larger vehicle. They helped me exchange it back to a 7-seater in the evening at the hotel. The car was in great condition. I parked improperly at Eagle Square and got a fine of only 100. The hotel staff told me locals usually get fined 300.

Like: Easy and efficient. Got the car keys and I could start with my trip.

Dislike: I reserved a relatively new Persona but was given an old Honda City instead.

Like: Overall experience

Very good

1. Had to wait over half an hour for the staff. 2. The pickup point wasn't at the airport as mentioned, but in a remote location that required a shuttle. 3. The car provided was not the Toyota Vios I reserved, but a downgraded Perodua Axia. 4. The car wasn't full of fuel, it was only at the last segment. 5. After taking photos and returning the car, I refueled it fully. Although they didn't mention keeping the fuel receipt, comparisons of the dashboard photos before and after returning the car show I refueled it, but the company refused to provide the photos. 6. Upon returning the car, a staff member was very rude and used abusive language, even attempting to intimidate me with threats of violence.

Like: Upgraded

Like: I am renting Toyota Innova, never expected i can get a new model, clean and comfort. My family member love the car condition so much.

Acceptable

Dislike: Maybe can provide car park coupon as I had summon 2 times cause no parking coupon.

Like: Very quick and easy to find the staff. Friendly staff as well and answered my calls fast and friendly. Car in good condition and drove smoothly.
Dislike: The only issue is that the car had some minor electronic issues. Car Key battery not working so have to lock manually. Handbrake indicator was constantly on even after releasing the handbrake. Also at the beginning there was a minor mix up and almost was given someone else's car.
