I still haven’t seen my deposit released back to my account. I would expect this to happen almost immediately. It is now 3 days later.

Not sure what QEEQ has to do with Go. Better if emails came from Go.

The car was great to drive. It was very clean and only one very tiny scratch. It has good acceleration and was good for use of petrol. It was cheaper to fill up than my last hire car

Car was a little tatty outside but that suited us as less likely to have problems with little nicks etc. Click staff excellent.

Qeeq easy to use and Price drop amazingly reduced the original already cheep price even more. Full-to-full and unlimited mileage was a bonus.

Car functioned fine, low of windshield wiper fluid, and typical scare tactics to try and get you to buy insurance.

Online voucher didn’t make it clear in any way who the rental company was. Could not find the shuttle bus due to the number of buses and no one knowing which company was the address we were given. The printed voucher had the ClickRent name on it, but the online one didn’t.

they " upgraded" us to a Merc A class which was too small to get into . The drop off staff were rude beyond belief . I have never been spoken to by such a surly rude woman in my life . i will never use record again .

The Record Go staff at Palma need a course in Customer Service. Rude, obnoxious and couldn't care less.

The record go staff at the car collection we’re so helpful and kind when I had a really difficult time managing to understand my booking from qeeq, went above and beyond to get me sorted.

The mention of “record go” on my qeeq booking email was SO SMALL and hard to find I spent the better part of an hour at the Avis desk trying to get them to help as I didn’t know where I was meant to get my car at all….I was looking for a QEEQ desk…finally googled and saw Avis mentioned and went there…they explained after digging through my email that it looked like my booking was with record go. Anyway. It all worked out in the end but it was NOT User friendly car collection process as the email was so convoluted.

Car not in particularly good condition. Inside of the windscreen was incredibly smeary - not ideal when driving at night with oncoming headlights meaning you couldn’t see much at all.

I will never use this rental company again. They refused to refund when I didn't pick up the car. This third-party company has unfair policies. There's no need to use this service; it's more convenient and cheaper to rent directly at the airport. Terrible app.

A bit difficult to find the shuttle bus to pick up location. Waiting time for car pick up quite long. Very friendly and competent staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Not a long wait, but about 15 min. The car was good and we had no issues.

The booking process was great, no problems at the counter to pick up the car. The price down program is nice to have. We got 2 price drops in the last 6 months.

When we arrived at the rental location at the reserved time, we had to wait for 2-3 hours, and the car we received was only 60% full on fuel. No one informed us that we didn’t need to return the car with a full tank. We ended up refueling it fully upon return and our request for a refund of the difference was denied. Future renters, be extra cautious.
