Very good and convenient

Picking up the car at the airport was very convenient, and the vehicle was very new! There were no issues at all! Renting a car was very reliable!

The Zurich airport rental office is not far from the arrival hall, and you can walk there without needing a shuttle. There were not many people in line, and while the staff was not particularly enthusiastic, they were polite enough. I got the car quickly. However, the return location at Geneva airport lacks clear signage. Initially, I couldn't find the return spot and had to circle around and ask someone for directions. If you miss the only small sign, you might end up driving into France! Of course, this is not the fault of the rental office, and the return process was quick.

Great service!

Big companies are really good. The paperwork is done at the airport, and the car is picked up next door. The rental and return process is simple and quick. Since we had an 11-day rental period and a lot of luggage, they offered a free upgrade to a bigger car. The car was very new, with just over 20,000 kilometers. The staff were kind and enthusiastic.

Excellent customer service. I returned the car to the wrong place, but they just took the keys and let me go. They really trust their customers.

We reserved a Skoda station wagon, but the rental company said it wasn't available and gave us an Audi station wagon of the same model instead. Initially, they said the rental fee was 80 CHF per day, but we disagreed. After persistent negotiation, the rental company employee made a call and confirmed it would be 20 CHF per day. We mentioned that we had already paid the rental fee through the QEEQ website, which was 40 CHF per day. He said the car's daily rate is 20 CHF. We kept asking if it was '40 + 20 = 60'. He repeatedly assured us it was only 20 CHF. After returning from Switzerland, we contacted QEEQ, and their response was: an additional charge of 20 CHF. They claimed that our signed agreement included this extra charge. Here's a tip: During our negotiation, because we confirmed it was only '20' and not '40 + 20 = 60', we didn't thoroughly check the agreement and signed it directly. It's not about the money but the misleading services from both QEEQ and the rental company. Even today, you can check on the QEEQ website, and you'll see the two cars we rented are of the same price range. The way QEEQ and the rental company handled this was very frustrating.

The best part is, we were supposed to return the car at 11 AM since we picked it up at 11 AM, but because it was a Saturday and the tax refund office opened at 10 AM, we knew we couldn't return the car on time. We were still driving from Austria to Switzerland! Then we called the return service and informed them we'd be late, asking how much extra it would cost. He asked how late we'd be, and we said around 1 PM. He said 'No problem, it's OK, no extra charge.' Wow! When we arrived, we couldn’t find a gas station on the way to return with a full tank. The front desk staff was very friendly and told us there was a self-service station across the street and an attended one around the corner if we needed help. He even mentioned that gas is expensive here and it wouldn’t be cost-effective for us. Exceptional service! We filled up the tank, returned the car in a minute, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Overall very satisfied. Due to the flight delay, we had to switch to a different car model upon arrival, which turned out to be great. Returning the car was easy and convenient. They allowed us to return the car nearby, which was very thoughtful.
