CHICAGO O`HARE AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

I bought insurance online, but when picking up the car, they insisted I buy insurance again. The customer service told me to pay first and they would handle it later, but they never did. I ended up spending a few hundred more for nothing. Very disappointing. I suggest everyone avoid renting from this platform, it's full of pitfalls.

A lot of hidden fees

Overall my experience was really great! One thing I felt it would be better if there was a possibility to make changes to my reservation like bringing down the total days by a day which is fine otherwise it was fantastic

There was an accident, and the resolution was too slow. It took half an hour for someone to answer the service call.

I recommend QEEQ for overseas car rentals, as they provide numerous service reminders.

When I picked up the car, I couldn't connect Google Maps to the car's screen, and the staff couldn't help. They said changing the car wouldn't help. When driving away, I noticed a strange noise and returned to get another Camry. The staff at the site said there couldn't be a problem. After talking to the counter staff, I got a car with only 6000 miles on it and everything worked fine. When I tried to extend the rental, they quoted an exorbitant price, so I switched to Sixt and rented again.

it is off site to the usual rental area but they are great and send a shuttle to collect you and drop you off at the airport. otherwise easy to deal with

good to deal with - only issue is clarity in booking. please make it clear what insurance is required so that it can clearly be purchased with the booking. please also include the tolls option so people are aware
