I was told in my country that all necessary documents for vehicle border crossing were prepared, but upon arrival, I was informed that the documents were not ready due to missing materials.
Car for rental need to be checked and well prepared for customer.

Customer and local company should have contact channel via others application such as WhatsApp too.
The service was excellent. Due to a mistake by QEEQ and myself, we didn't complete the Armenian border crossing procedures in advance. QEEQ didn't make any note about it either, so we had to inform the rental company ourselves. Fortunately, the rental company worked hard the next morning and completed the paperwork in half a day, allowing us to cross the border and enter Armenia smoothly.
I scheduled to pick up the car at 8:30 PM, but the guy actually arrived at 9:30 PM. There was a car replacement in between, feedback was timely, and thankfully the trip wasn't delayed.
This is a terrible company with an extremely bad attitude. They even canceled our confirmed booking. When we arrived, they said they had no cars and didn't offer an upgrade. Terrible service!

Notre avion a atterri à 22h45 et nous avons dû attendre 1h la personne en charge de nous amener la voiture. Il est arrivé sans s'excuser de l'attente à l'aéroport. Il nous a fournis une voiture plus grosse, mais totalement crasseuse. De la terre, de la poussière à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Rien n'avait été fait. Lors du constat des chocs et des rayures, ils nous était très difficile voir impossible de constater les rayures tant la voiture était sale et qu'il faisait nuit. Le réservoir de la voiture n'était pas plein. Il manquait 5 litres d'essence. La voiture était garée sur le parking de l'aéroport et nous avons dû payer le stationnement pour sortir du parking...

Easyrentcars à été impeccable comme d'habitude. La réservation était "sous confirmation", la confirmation a été reçu en moins d'une heure.
Extremely dissatisfied with this small car rental company. They don't have a front desk at the airport. When we picked up the car, there was only one staff member who took us directly to the parking lot. The worst part was that his mobile POS machine didn't work, so we had to pay the deposit in cash. One of our cars was involved in a traffic accident and needed a claim, but because we couldn't use a credit card, it took a lot more time. The problem is, not having an office at the airport means we couldn't get any proof, which caused significant issues later. My partner couldn't make it to Tbilisi on that day for special reasons. The car rental staff assured me that we could get a full refund, but because they didn't have an office, they couldn't issue proof. Even though we called their manager and he verbally guaranteed a full refund, neither the rental company nor Zuzuche took responsibility, so I couldn't get a full refund. Terrible service! Scammers!
They have 2 offices in Tbilisi and they could manage change our pick up location. I don’t remember seeing pick up option from the center, however it can be easily managed on the site. The only thing is we spent more than one hour because location on google maps shows new under construction location and then we couldn’t figure out the insurance info and how it actually works.
Unlike other car rental companies they charge for additional driver. And at the drop off we were told that the car was received cleaned, so we supposed to wash it before handing over but when we picked it up the staff told us clearly that the car should be just clean enough to be able to inspect it.
The worst was 3 closer to 2 bars tank, so it’s much harder to calculate how you should give it back. Full-full must be the only condition I think.
First, the address information provided by the platform was incorrect, and it took me two hours to find the location. Second, when returning the car, there was no one at the store. I had to contact the platform, take a video of the car's condition, and slide the keys through the glass door. It was so frustrating! Moreover, the two separate charges were not explained. Extremely poor service!
When returning the car, they said the right front mudguard was missing... Luckily, I recorded a video when picking up the car and noticed it was already missing! If I hadn't recorded the video or had missed it, I would have had to pay. Also, they require you to wash the car before returning it, or they will charge you a large fee!
This store shares the same location with the Hertz branch. Both the pick-up and drop-off staff were very friendly. I mentioned in my order that I needed to drive from Georgia to Armenia, but it seems QEEQ didn't inform the rental company. Since it was already late at night when I picked up the car, the service representative contacted their manager, who promised to handle the border crossing documents and pass for me before I crossed the border. The manager even delivered the documents and pass to my hotel. When returning the car, there was a traffic ticket, and the staff guided us on how to pay it on the machine. The only downside was that I rented a Toyota Prado, but they gave me a Mitsubishi Pajero. The back seat space was noticeably smaller than the Prado, and one of our passengers, who is quite large, found it a bit cramped. It was much smaller compared to the Prado I rented last time.
This is essentially a private car rental company with no service attitude and very unprofessional. The location was incorrect; it was actually on the second floor of a restaurant 200 meters away with no clear signage. It took asking for directions for a while to find it. It was not Shouqi Car Rental, but rather had a Europcar sign. I spoke with a foreigner on the way, and he booked a car using another app at less than half the price I paid.
Due to an incorrect address provided on the rental website, it took nearly three hours to contact the car rental company. Apparently, they had moved eight months ago, causing us to wander around and delay our schedule. The pickup and return procedures were relatively quick, but they kept recommending full insurance during pickup, saying that driving in Georgia is aggressive and without their full insurance, the claims process would be troublesome. They also charged a 25 Lari car wash fee upon return. This rental experience made me decide never to choose a local rental company again. I'll always go with a major chain, even if it's more expensive, as it's definitely more reliable.
