Tried to upsell additional insurance at the counter with some pressure tactic-not nice! Also tried to upsell to a larger vehicle-not recommended if you’re not used to the narrow European city roads.

i made a mistake when i booked online to indicate a pickup time and it reverted to 12 noon,i arrived there at 845 and when he noticed the mistake he told me he had no cars to give me ,except a top of the line with all bells and whistles for only 10.00euro more a day for 8 day's
when i explained to him that the 2 times before i rented from then it did not pose a problem his answer was THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM and than told me further that the car i had reserved would be available in about 3 hours and could wait in the public seating in front of their office ,i sat there for 2 hours

We booked mini C1 car and we ended up driving citroen c4 spacetour. Lady at desk asked us how many people we rent a car for. We told her that just for 2 of us and that we do not need navigation. And as a result we got car for 7 people with navigation.
The charges were unclear and there were duplicate charges. This is also a problem with the car rental platform, as it showed that all fees except the deposit had been collected. However, upon arrival at the car rental company, I was charged an additional 470 euros for an order that included insurance costing over 1,000 yuan. Very frustrating. I advise against using such rental intermediaries; they are deceptive. Next time I travel abroad, I'd prefer to rent a car directly at the rental site or book through the car rental company's official website. While the prices might appear higher, the total cost is actually clearer and often cheaper. This was an expensive lesson learned.
I have confidence in my driving skills, so I only purchased basic insurance. However, I was required to pay a fee of €143.37 when picking up the car. The staff explicitly told me this was a deposit. When I mentioned that other car rental companies usually require a deposit of €1000-1500, the staff said: 'We only require this much.' During the entire rental period, there were no accidents. However, I received an email stating that there was a scratch on the bumper, with a repair estimate of €170. If I accept the charge, they will deduct it from the deposit, and the rest will be waived. If not, they will charge the full repair cost later. This whole situation is filled with doubts, it seems that this rental company sets a trap for unsuspecting customers. Moreover, the said scratch is on the black plastic part of the bumper, and they did not provide a complete picture of the front of the car, only general and paint-damage photographs as we usually take.
Easy check-in, easy check-out. No hassle at all. Very friendly staff which made the experience even better and the most friendly and welcoming of all was Ramanda Kajtazović at check-in. Did rentals with Avis and Goldcar previous times I was in Amsterdam, but this was easily the best experience by far!

Horrible customer service. It was difficult to find the company and difficult to find where to return the car. The agent at the counter was rude. I will never use this company again
When applying, it turned out that you still have to pay 18 euros commission, although it was not indicated on the booking that there would be additional fees. They also insisted on additional payment of additional insurance, although they already made an extended insurance when booking, so they asked for 60 euros and then there would be a deposit of 60 euros, in another case a deposit of 1,300 euros, which was also not the case
Car the company wanted to give me was very small (Mercedes CLA) and - as far as I can tell - is not even in the category i rented. But for small additional payment I got a premium vehicle, which was fair.
