Overcharged me

Like: Service was good quick checking
Dislike: Finding the location was not easy as the logo of the budget car was so small even the other rental cars office could not help me but at the end airport information desk helped

This car rental company is a fraud. Everyone, please do not rent from them. When I arrived at Amsterdam airport, there was no shuttle service. I called the rental company, and at first, they answered and lied that the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes, but after waiting for an hour at the specified location, no shuttle showed up. I called the company 5 more times, but they hung up as soon as they recognized it was me. In the end, I never got the car, although I had already paid through QEEQ. This caused me to spend an additional 382 euros to rent a car from Hertz at the airport for 3 days.

Like: Great value. Car worked well.
Dislike: The shuttle was for the hotel and not directly for the rental car. We arrived at 9am, but shuttle had 1.5 hour break during this period. We had to wait that entire time in cold and rain. When we called the GoldCar rep, she wasn't aware of this break in the shuttle service. It wasn't entirely clear how to get to the car rental once shuttle dropped off.

Arrived an hour early, but couldn't pick up the car.

They said just to follow the contract when handling the insurance, so there were no issues.

Like: In airport desk, friendly sraff
Dislike: Pick up took almost an hour despite only two or ttree customers on front of me. Only two desks open.

Almost no queue, simple procedures

Returning the car was quick and easy! The service attitude was excellent.

Budget was great. Nice new car, however there was a technical glitch and it got a flat battery and then it took half a day to get sorted out.

Like: They substituted a Toyota Yaris Hybrid with everything you might want including a GPS.
Dislike: No problems, would rent again and recommend to anybody.

The store is easy to find, not far from the airport exit. The procedures are simple and fast, it was done in no time.

The website had the wrong address for the store, but the staff were very patient in guiding me to the store. Returning the car was also very simple.

Like: very nice car , nice staff
Dislike: in booking says car is booked Seat Alhambra but received other which has less space for baggage

Deceptive practices and disrespecting customer preferences

The service was excellent, there was no waiting time, and the airport counter process was swift. We picked up the car at the parking lot where staff greeted us and there was also a service desk available. So, even if there were any issues during pickup, we could address them immediately.

Car did exceed my expectations, very nice little car and fuel efficient too. Staff were very helpful!
