They changed their attitude immediately when I asked why the deposit in Germany was 300 euros while it was 900 euros in the Netherlands just because I didn't purchase Eurocar insurance. Their attitude was extremely bad, filled with contempt for Chinese people. When I couldn't hold back my anger, they became silent and awkward. I was very dissatisfied. The most outrageous part was when I asked about the late return calculation, they initially told me that if I exceeded the time, it would count as one full day. But when I asked again, they mentioned there is a half-hour grace period. Later, when I checked the contract, it stated that for the first 5 hours, it would be calculated at 20% per hour, indicating deliberate deception. I have rented cars in Europe and the U.S. many times, but this was the worst experience. However, the return process went smoothly, and the small Peugeot 208 I rented was in decent condition and was a new car.

The attitude was very casual, kept promoting insurance and add-ons without properly introducing the car's condition. Places requiring marks were not clearly indicated.

Dislike: You order one car and get another... car was not prepared on time...

Even though they asked if I wanted to add insurance and I declined, they were very agreeable about it.

Hello, I rented a car in the Netherlands through Zuzuche from 5/20 to 5/24 and paid 1215 RMB online as the rental fee. After returning the car, I noticed that HERTZ charged me an additional 95 euros. Could you please clarify what this charge is for? Additionally, my credit card statement for this month on 6/5 shows another charge of 30.25 euros from this same Dutch rental company. The staff at the rental counter were extremely rude! We wanted to add full insurance to lower the deductible, but they told us it wasn't available! In the end, we did have an accident and had to pay 850 euros! We will never rent from this company again!

The staff member in charge of the rental was very polite, but it took quite a long time—nearly two hours for two cars. Since we rented a new car, we trusted that a quick check for damages was sufficient before taking the car. However, the staff did not provide a brief explanation of how to operate the car or any important notes (like the type of fuel to use). Later, when loading our luggage, we realized the back seat could not accommodate our bags. We had to go back to the rental company where another staff member helped us adjust the trunk's bottom panel to fit our luggage, but this delayed our schedule for the day. As it was a new car, we were very careful during our trip and encountered no accidents or collisions. However, during the return inspection, the staff pointed out minor scuffs on the right rear wheel rim, though the tire itself was fine. This was an area we had not thoroughly inspected at pickup. We tried explaining we had been very cautious and had not encountered any incidents, but the staff insisted it was a new car and that his job was merely to inspect. He eventually gave us a form to write down any complaints. We've definitely learned a lesson; perhaps local practices vary. Next time, we'll inspect the car more thoroughly, document everything with photos, and be more selective about the rental company.
