Overall quite good.

This local Italian car rental company is quite easygoing, no upselling at all. Whatever you book is what you get. I had to request to add full insurance myself. The car rental point at Florence train station has separate areas for paperwork and car pickup. It takes about five minutes to walk from one to the other. The best part is that the car pickup point is in a garage outside the ZTL zone, which is very convenient! After completing the paperwork, walk over and the car is ready. There are no staff members giving instructions, very easygoing! Check the car yourself and contact staff if there are any issues.

The rental location at Florence train station has separate spots for paperwork and car pickup. It's about a five-minute walk between them. Most importantly, the car pickup spot is in a garage outside the ZTL, which is very convenient! Once you finish the paperwork and walk over, the car is already prepared. There were no staff members around to explain anything, very laid-back! You inspect the car yourself and contact staff if there are any issues. During the paperwork, the staff told me to return the car with a full tank of fuel. I assumed the car was full when I picked it up, but it wasn't! I filled it up upon return and realized it wasn't full when I picked it up. I mentioned this to the staff when returning the car, and he just smiled and said I simply spent a bit more money but there was nothing he could do.

The service attitude was great. I was a bit worried before due to many negative reviews online, but the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. They assisted me with various issues and even offered some travel advice. Quite nice!

Apart from the fact that the car we received was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly, everything else was fine. There was no hard sell of expensive insurance. We added full coverage at the counter for 20 euros a day, which met our expectations, and for safety, we opted for full coverage. Adding an extra driver was 10 euros a day. The translation booklet from QEEQ allowed us to rent with a domestic driver's license. Remember to ask for the exact return address, as the one provided by QEEQ was not accurate. We refueled about 10-20 km away from the return spot. During the inspection, they said the tank wasn't full, and we had to either pay 100 euros or fill it up ourselves. We drove back and added 7 euros of fuel nearby, so it's best to refuel close to the return location.

The staff provided good service, but I had to wait a while to get the car because there were none available.

The fuel policy is not full-to-full, so remember to check the fuel level. If you add more fuel, they won't reimburse the extra cost.

The process to get the car took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was very friendly and didn't try to upsell any services. The return process was simple and quick. After returning the car, the staff even helped us call a taxi. They were extremely kind.

We navigated to the pickup location using the store address ourselves. There was a no-entry sign on the way to the Venice drop-off location, so we called the car rental company for assistance. It turned out that their vehicles are allowed to pass.

The car was too small, so I had to pay extra for an upgrade.

There were quite a few people processing car rentals at 9 am, so it was a bit slow.

The rental company’s service attitude was okay, but they were seriously understaffed! This caused me to wait for almost two hours at the airport before a shuttle came to pick me up. Once I arrived at the store, I had to wait another hour to finish the paperwork. I bought full insurance at the store, yet still had to leave a deposit of 700 euros. By contrast, the same brand's Venice location only requires a 100-euro deposit if you buy full insurance at the store. I wouldn't highly recommend this location.
