Very satisfied. I rent from this company every time I come to Phuket. Great service, professional, and the pick-up and drop-off process is quick and convenient.
ASAP doesn't have a dedicated counter at the airport. Go to the information desk at the Phuket domestic terminal and ask the staff to contact ASAP personnel. Even though it's a small company, their service attitude is very good. Overall, it's acceptable.
Other car rental companies allow differences between the driver's name and the credit card holder's name for the deposit without any issue. However, this company requires both names to match, otherwise, you have to pay an extra 2000 THB. If not, you can't pick up the car.
Rental company that you can rely on based on my last experience. If you want to have worry free self drive trip, it is highly recommended to include AXA full insurance cover.
The vehicle was old and the fuel gauge was low. They charged a full deposit for dirty floor mats, which seemed like a scam. The deposit was more expensive than the rental fee. Thai Rent a Car is not a reliable company. I suggest cleaning the car before returning it to avoid issues.
The order did not match the reservation made on the rental site, not sure if it's a discrepancy between the rental platform and the car rental company.
At Phuket Airport Gate 2, since there's no dedicated counter, you need to call the staff to come and assist. If your English isn't good, you may need help from Thai service staff to make the call.
The service was acceptable. However, the 10,000 THB deposit hasn't been refunded yet. The staff mentioned it would take 1-2 weeks, typically within a week. It's been longer, and I don't know where to follow up.

The car provided to us was damaged but still we accepted it since we were in hurry, and I even made video of it, later on while returning they charged me for the damages which I didn't do and deducted from the deposit.
Staff was terrible and she even lied to their supervisor right in front of us that I damaged the car. They charged extra as a service charge as well which was nowhere mentioned.
