I was renting from a company ( Matcar ) .... But I was transferred to a company ( B2car ) .... The service was good .....

The car I got was not the model shown in my booking. I had to drive back to pick up point to request to change to another car after picking up the car as alert "Low Tyre Pressure" was lit on car's control panel. Later, the car they replaced was in very dusty and dirt condition. In addition, alert "ad blue low level" was lit and I have to refill the ad blue by myself on my way after driving the replaced car for a few hours. Fortunately, the rest of all was working fine.

There is no office at the airport. I called the rental company and waited a long time for them to arrive. The office is a ten-minute drive from the airport. The car had no fuel, and I had to refuel it myself. This company seems very small and unreliable. I do not recommend it. Picking up the car took too much time. It's better to rent from a company that has an office at the airport.

Local rental company, quite reliable, but the car had no fuel at pickup, so we had to find a gas station ourselves. The vehicle maintenance was not timely either, the oil light came on, indicating a lack of oil, and we had to buy oil at the gas station and add it ourselves.

Finally reached this stage! Due to a flight delay and the airline in Turkey losing my luggage, I was unable to pick up the car within six hours of the scheduled time, leading the rental company to charge me the full prepayment without refund. I called the car rental service immediately after the flight delay, and they tried their best to help. Anyone who has experienced a flight delay and lost luggage simultaneously knows how frustrating it is. However, this terrible rental company showed no empathy whatsoever (I was later extorted by traffic police for 26,000 lira while driving in Turkey). I want to emphasize: I paid the full prepayment, not just a reservation fee. For those days, the car's usage rights were supposed to be mine even if I hadn't shown up on time. They shouldn't have rented it to someone else as I was only a few hours late. It was deeply unfair to not at least partially refund me. I don't want to say much more, but it's like throwing money away. It's regrettable that our great ancestors didn't manage to eradicate certain reptilian beings. Just my opinion, though many online say Turkey is a wonderful place. Indeed, I received good service elsewhere. Finally, I hope this rental company chokes on the double earnings. If you pollute the Bosphorus with your greed, Istanbul won't be as beautiful. Lastly, I wish your currency skyrockets in value.

I got a new car with 1200 kilometers. I rented it for 8 days and drove the entire route without any issues. The experience was great, and the rental fee was indeed low, around 100 yuan per day. 5 stars!
