Rented an SUV but was given a sedan. The return location was moved farther away after booking. When I arrived to return the car, nobody was there despite prior arrangements. A minor accident was not covered by the insurance, even though I had full coverage. The booked amount didn't match the final charge.
In the past I always had issues with the rental cars in Izmir Airport. I must say, Goldcar was the best so far and going forward I will be definitely using them.
I get the car I booked, the whole transaction was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

It was the quickest car hire transaction I have experienced. The return process was very quick and I received an email about my deposit return before I arrived home. Very nice company to deal with.

I paid for full insurance on easyrentcars but Goldcar sold me extra insurance. I paid 17$ during reservation and nearly 30$ to gold car during take-off. They told if any thing happens to car ı have to pay it before drop-off.
After returning the car in Antalya, they even asked where we were going next, bought tickets for us, and dropped us off at the station. Very thoughtful.
The young lady at the pickup point (garage) was very courteous, patient, and answered all our questions (despite her limited English). The staff at the drop-off point were also very helpful. Initially, we didn't know where to return the car, but the lady at the airport terminal personally escorted us to the return point and handed us over to the on-duty staff.

Waited more than 1 hour to pick up car which only 4 person in front of us. Only 1 staff is working. We cna see processing time was very quick for all other companies. Wasted our precious time during vacation. Expected company to be more well prepared since already booked online during pick up.
Drop off goes smoothly. Staff was kind and helpful.

We called Them 2 times, the First Call - they were delayed and sorry. After 1/2 hour a New Call - Then they Said they had cancelled the car the Day before by mail - but they never did that. No car 1.30 in the Night fantastic
One big scam Car hire company, not accepting my Credit card by not entering their own correct security code, forceing us into buying insurance which we don’t need.
It was a terrible experience. The car broke down when we arrived to pick it up, and it took a long time to get a replacement. We ended up with a car meant for 5 people, but squeezed in 6. I had to handle all the communication with the rental company myself. They said they gave me a discount of over 100 yuan, but I was in a rush and didn't press the issue.
