Like: Tim was very kind, informative, friendly and patient. He was very knowledgeable about the process and Airport. He made it very user friendly.
Dislike: The vehicle was not very clean. It needed a thorough washing and better detailing in the inside.

Self-service process, very quick and convenient

Like: The price was the best price I could find online. I was skeptical since I've never heard of this car rental website in the past. I rented from San Jose airport and it was fast, easy and friendly service (I chose Dollar). I was so impressed with the rate of the car I will go first to easyrentcars.com next time and nowhere else!
Dislike: The only hesitation I would have in the future is that I had to pay in full before the trip. My travel changes often, so I'd be hesitant to pay in advance if my trip wasn't 100% confirmed. Otherwise, It was wonderful!

The staff was okay, but the waiting time to get the car was a bit long.

The staff is quite patient, but the language communication is not very smooth.

Don't list Jeep Grand Cherokee if it's not actually available.

There are a lot of people, it takes about an hour.

A bit slow

San Jose: The wait was nearly an hour and a half, with about 8-9 people in line. Each person took more than 15 minutes to be served, and only two employees were working. We didn't get a Ford, but a Jeep instead. The staff mentioned they mostly have Jeeps and very few Fords. The car had 30,000 miles on it. Other counters had no lines. Next time, I won't consider Budget.

Insurance was added without my knowledge.

We got to the car rental office right after getting off the plane, it was extremely convenient. If you have a chance, I highly recommend this company.

Acceptable

Very polite and good attitude.

Pretty good, but the wait time was a bit long.

Price hikes at the site were ridiculous; on-the-spot selling items were over 100% more than when I booked. Got trapped, won't use this small rental company again.

Not too busy, no queues

I had to wait for over an hour. There were only about 7 or 8 people in line. It's not like there were too few staff members, they were just slow. This kind of service would be unacceptable back home... I won't use this company again.
