The rental car smelt like smoke.

Great service at the counter

The downtown return location was very hard to find, so I ended up returning the car at the airport and taking a taxi back to the city.

Pickup was very smooth!

The day before I leave home they called me to give me cell number for when I am ready. I called aftet I received my luggages. The guy AND the car were waitting me in the parking of the airport. NO waitting, NO shuttle ride. And free shuttle to airport after drop off. WOW SUPER SERVICE !

Nice service and good price

The counter staff was very nice and very helpful. I did not receive enough information about the tolls, how to pay them on time, the website to pay them on time, how to avoid penalties and fees in California, when I found the page were only 5 days to pay them, now I will have penalties and fees for this, When I delivered the car I asked about this concern and nobody knew anything about this and they called the supervisor and he didn't know how to give me an appropriate answer and he wasn't helpful nor nice, he was rude and I got angry for this, I delivered the car on saturday 20th. the insurance was other problem, I booked online the car and I paid the insurance of $ 120.75 and when I rented the car, I had to pay for another insurance because that did not serve me and I claimed to cancel with that company and they refused to refund the money. On the other hand the car was in perfect condition I'm very happy with the service.

Easy simple process

Fox facility location is very remote from the airport. Took 2 shuttles each way, summing up to a lengthy and not most convenient process (especially compared to better options in a similar price).

The car was extremely old and not what I was told I was getting. I was told I was getting a Kia Forte and I got an old beat up, dirty, VW wagon! False advertising! Long lines and process was lengthly.

Took almost 2 hours to pick up our car, line only had 5 people in front of us with three counters working on it. Counter staff lied to me about requirements and ended up tacking on extra charges that were 'required because I couldn't show the rider of my insurance'. I wasn't told I needed it....

The car exterior and interior is dirty. The pick up took 90 minutes. The pick up staff are inefficient.

No problems at all and would use them again. The only gripe was that the screenwash was empty.

The only complaint is that i have not received my deposit back in my bank.

Pick-up and drop-off were very easy and fast, with no delays. There was a communication barrier with the staff during pick-up, which resulted in an additional roadside assistance insurance. After contacting QEEQ customer service and through their negotiation, the fee was successfully refunded.

Yes, the phone number on the website doesn’t work & I left an item in the car & no phone call to let me know & no return call after 10 calls have been made to the main phone number.

They didn’t want to honor the full-size car.y
