Almost got convinced to change to a different car. The price would have doubled.

The store service is very efficient. Just show your order and passport. The staff won't accompany you to pick up the car but will tell you its location, with the key already inside. Of course, there's staff in the parking lot to guide you if you're unsure about the car's location.

Booked a Ford Focus, got a full-size Toyota SUV instead. Friendly staff, moderate upselling.

The previous company was a disaster; this one is okay.

No Chinese service, attempted upselling but declined

They bundle high-cost insurance easily, leading to additional purchases. Make sure to firmly refuse.

The queue time was quite long as it was the first day after the Christmas holiday and there were a lot of people.

Smooth and hassle-free pickup

Dissatisfied 1) Waited for a long time at the store, at least an hour of queuing and waiting to get the car (due to insufficient staff on site as I was told); almost late for my meeting. 2) Originally booked a Ford FOCUS for 324 RMB per day, but was told no similar cars were available; the closest was a DODGE at 110 USD per day, which is a huge difference. What’s the point of allowing customers to select models during booking if this is how orders are managed?

Too slow, way too slow.

Adding an additional driver costs $13 per day, which is expensive!

Did not clearly tell me the direction to pick up the car. As a result, I had to confirm with the front desk twice, carrying two heavy suitcases back and forth in the winter.

The service was quick.

Waited 90 minutes to get the car, which was covered in scratches and very dirty inside. Extremely terrible! It was almost midnight when I finally got the car, and I had been on a plane all day. I was in a very bad mood!!!
