Had to wait nearly 30+ minutes for pickup to arrive at zagreb airport. The return is worst as the google map does not work and no link of the makeshift cabin in the woods is available so its not a good situation for car return process.

Long walk from counter to car but relatively easy. Good service although only a small office so only 1 member of staff at counter. Quick to pick up car once we were seen at the counter.

Cheapest prices around. Good communication via email

Long procedure to rent the car a lot of paperwork

Car Rental is excellent, Only issue is that took 2 months to return Damage Deposit back to Credit Card account.

Almost brand new car. Would recommend.

The staff responsible for the car inspection during pickup was very meticulous in noting any issues. He also helped with luggage during dropoff and was very patient and kind. The only concern was that the pre-authorization hold was a bit high, possibly due to the car model. Hopefully, the authorization can be finalized quickly.

The green motion attendants sold us cross border insurance of 45 euros even though we did NOT cross the Bosnia border. When we tried to rectify the situation with Greem Motion, we were rudely dismissed and not refunded. Very disappointed.

Voiture neuve en très bon état sans souci. Le personnel à l'accueil était très froid voire agressif. Nous avons cherché longtemps le lieu pour prendre la voiture, aucune personne dehors mais tous à l'abri dans une voiture climatisée, on ne pouvait donc pas les trouver ...

Very helpful staff at Dubrovnik. Would recommend. Great communication and happy to help us find transport after car drop off.

The aircon on this c3 zapped the power on the car Had to turn it off to get over mountain Also the car would not fit two large suitcases

They really were brilliant. The best pickup I have ever had. Really friendly and helpful. Unstressed. Lovely. A joy. Need I say more !

Stuff was helpful, the car was okay. All good

Car was dirty, rubbish left from previous renters, dents in every panel of car then staff trying to charge us for petrol that we had already paid. Would not use this company again.

The rental was fine, nice car but they don’t communicate with you where to pick up or drop off. The front desk just says “when you leave the airport turn left and another left” it led to an empty lot, nothing about going across the lot, look for our sign... so multiple people were outside trying to figure this out. When doing back in, same instructions when asked if he or someone could guide us... he said it’s “across the lot” basically, not worth rebooking with them.

The only issue was the GPS did not understand where the drop off location was. the staff should perhaps suggest that the customer drop a pin for easy return

Car was good

Nothing like the booking and they completely ignored all the extra we prepaid. Terrible service. Miles away from the airport. Tried to overcharge for everything. Still holding lots of money on my credit card. Didn’t make it easy or pleasant for me and my disabled mother. The car was a wreck. Luckily I could negotiate and give them no reason to make things worse.

The worst user experience and hidden conditions, I got extra charges on damages that was missing in the contract, the agent in the counter was over loaded to have time to do checkin with us, the car was dirty, I did a complain on the gold car customer service

Just perfect, easy user experience without frictions, and the price drop rebook is very nice.
