Personne pour nous attendre,pick up au fond du dernier parking. Logan a la place d’une golf. Personne a la restitution

Nous avons attendu pour récupérer la voiture. Mais ce n'est pas trop grave. La personne était seule. Cela peut arriver. Arrive notre moment, le loueur dit que nous avons été surclassés sur une Kia Optima vs une Logan. La voiture était un peu rayée, propre de l'extérieur. Mais les sièges sales. Pas très plaisant, enfin passons. Le loueur nous dit que nous devons payer 2000 euro de caution. Un peu excessif mais c'est une empreinte de carte bleue donc pas de soucis en soi. Mais le loueur insiste pour que nous prenions un système de caution, une caution de 500 euro mais on doit le payer 60 euro en cash. Nous refusons et souhaitons prendre l'autre système de caution. Et là bizarrement, la carte bleue ne passe pas. Le loueur fait une manip à chaque fois bizarre sur son TPE et l'empreinte ne passe pas. Il insiste de plus en plus fortement sur le fait que nous devons lui donner du cash ou sinon il annule la réservation. Il dit ensuite que ces 60 euro nous seront rendu à la résistitution de la voiture. Rendez vous pris. Et à la restitution, personne n'est là. Nous attendons le maximum avant de louper notre vol. Et le loueur n'est jamais venu. Ni pour récupérer les clés, ni pour inspecter le véhicule, ni pour rendre la caution.

J’ai perdu ma journée à cause de l’attente pour trouver le véhicule et la la livraison 3 heures . J’ai réservé un dockker 4p il m’ont donner une petite clio???? J’ai refusé et à partir de là ça commence le retard. Imaginez vous je viens du Canada avec ds petit enfants puis nous attendions 3 heures dans le stationnement de l'aéroport du Casablanca pour mon véhicule en question?

The car was not available at Marrakech airport on my arrival for unknown reasons. I had to wait over 3 hours and half in the heath at the airport to get a different car from the one I've booked. I could get to a business appointment in the north of morocco because of the delay. On the way back to Marrakech I had a random police check. the car's MOT was not done and I had to spend 30 minutes negotiating with the police to let me go. The car servicing light kept flashing for the whole two weeks as it needed servicing. I'm looking into asking for reimbursement of the rental money as I consider that the service that I had is not worth what I've paid at all.

The airport desk at Marrakech upgraded our booking to an automatic vehicle without any choice being given, this resulted in a higher than expected deposit being taken. They also refused to charge my card in local currency, and used an unfavourable exchange rate in Euros. The car was not in a great condition, it had high mileage for a rental car, and it later transpired had a fault with the starter motor that had been disguised at pickup. It was also the smallest Economy vehicle we have had in 4 rentals this summer by far. This all resulted in a more stressful than needed journey in a new country for our family. However, the Rabat airport office resolved all of this superbly once we had arrived in Rabat by changing the vehicle for the category of our original choice to a much newer car and better condition. The review scores relate to the original car from Marrakech airport. At the time of writing, no compensation has been offered or discussed with AVIS, despite an email to the Morroco reservations office.

Booking was simple and straightforward on the app. The Price Drop Protector worked well. And saved us about 10%!

La voiture est nouvellle, rien à signaler . Le seul problème l agence n'a pas de bureau à l'aéroport

Pas de comptoir. Nécessité d'appeler la société Sovoy à 3 reprises pour savoir où récupérer la voiture. Personnel qui arrive 35 min en retard. Voiture OK mais réservoir quasi vide.

The car was in a very bad condition and a constant mechanical noise was heard during driving. Probably it wasn't very safe. Also Green Motion doesn't really have a counter at the airport, all documents/deposit needed to be done at the airport's parking lot, really not convenient. It was quite difficult to find the company's representative upon vehicle drop-off. Wouldn't use this company again.

The car was quite new and comfortable, no issues at all. Budget's staff was also very professional and efficient.

The car was good and new i love it just was it small and i needed to pay more extra a day to get better one

Shouqi Car Rental collaborates with Europcar. Picking up and dropping off the car was convenient, but at the Marrakech airport counter, no one was there. The contact number provided was also for the airport counter. We waited for almost an hour in the airport hall until QEEQ customer service helped us contact a city center office and informed us that they had an office in the parking lot outside the airport. We got the car there.

Personne pour m accueillir a l arrivee. J appelle et la fille arrive 30mn apres elle m emmene dans un endrait "glauque" du parking de l aerport et j attends 40mn avec plein de types loiches qui tournent. Elle me demande en plus de l argent. Au final on le fait un contrat sur le capot de la voiture et au moment de prendre la caution avec leur tpe celuici refuse toutes mes cartes. Resultat: je vais ds le terminal et loue une voiture un peu plus chere autre part j ai perdu presque 2h dans l operation. Le prix c est bien mais ca ne fait pas tout. Vraiment une tres mauvais experience.

La voiture était neuve et de catégorie supérieure. Rien à redire sur le service ou la voiture. Personnel sympa en prime.

Le loueur m’a fait attendre plus d’une heure à l’arrivee Pour la prise de la voiture. La voiture ne correspondait pas à celle que j’ai loué (j’ai eu une Dacia Logan à la place). Sinon tout s’est bien déroulé par la suite.
