Very convenient

Personnel arrogant lors de la restitution de la voiture, une toute petite rayure au par choc avant que l'employé a accentué avec son doigt pour faire marcher la caution, un comportement qui m'a laissé perplexe, je ne louerai jamais une voiture chez ce fournisseur.

They refused to give me the car pretexting that my credit card is not working, although I have an international credit card with a limit higher than $10,000. Over the past years I rented a car many time and this was the first time I have been refused a car. You should seriously filter your partners as I am suspecting your partner of wrong doing. I am wondering how much cancellation you guys got from this partner. I managed to book another car from one of your partner’s competitors and surprisingly my credit card worked perfectly as you can see on the attached pictures. I already opened a case for that.

La voiture était très basique sans options, mais propre et fonctionnelle. L'agent d'accueil était ponctuel et très serviable .

The staff at the Casablanca airport rental car location were very unprofessional. During the car pickup process, they were extremely slow, even with several customers waiting in line. They couldn't process my credit card and didn't check their POS machine or acquiring bank. They just asked me to verify my card. After I confirmed that my card was fine, they said there was nothing they could do. I had to ask the rental platform for help, and only after they called the rental company's upper management did the staff start taking action. It turned out that the issue was with the bank's authorization settings on the POS machine. What should have been a 20-minute process took two and a half hours, severely affecting my schedule. By the time I reached my hotel in Marrakech, it was already night. The rental company's service was incredibly arrogant and their professionalism was abysmal. Moreover, the staff spoke very little English. How can the rental platform partner with such a company?

Very professional company; the car was clean and ready.

On pick up there was long queues, and it took us almost just under 2 hours to be served in almost 38c marreckesh heat, the pick up location is in the car park, with no shelter, water or queues organisation! Just poor and humane, especially when you have kids! They knew how many people they have pre-booked and the times they are coming, so WHY ON EARTH they couldn’t just organise that better?!?!?!

Oui très longtemps aucun panneau 3 personne autour d un véhicule en train de fumer et de se foutre de la gueulle du client voiture non conforme à la réservation il me demande de faire 200km jusqu’à Casablanca pour récupérer le véhicule commander

Pas de comptoir à l’intérieur du hall de l'aeroport, 1h00 d'attente pour récupérer la voiture qui ne correspond pas au modèle proposé lors de la réservation. Lors de la restitution du véhicule, j'ai demandé que l'on m'envoie une facture a l'adresse mail laissée et je suis toujours en attente de cette dernière.

Attached are the vehicle order and credit card transaction records. The rental company didn't give me the final payment receipt (nor did they charge a deposit). The rental agent didn't speak any English and tried to overcharge me. They didn't have the car ready and had to contact someone to bring a car, which shouldn't have been rented out. They kept me waiting for two hours, and to avoid delaying my schedule, I had to take it. This ruined the entire trip with constant worry.

It was perfect for what I needed

The vehicle was terrible, very noisy with more than 180k. I waist 90 minutes to have another car, I paid an extra 50 euro and the 2nd was horrible too, AC very weak and noisy, no power, gear problem.

We received great help from the desert tour driver who provided us with the contact details of the store clerk. He kindly waited an extra hour for us to pick up the car. When we arrived, the staff was exceptionally patient in helping us with the paperwork. Very touching experience.

The office staff speaks English, but the person guiding to the parking lot has only basic English skills, or sometimes none.

J'ai stressé un peu pour le faite de ne pas trouver un interlocuteur de green motion au terminal. J'avais oublié mon sac à dos dans la voiture, j'ai appellé la personne à qui j'ai remis la clé et au bout de 10 minutes me l'avez ramené à l'aéroport .
