Overall efficiency is good, and the location is easy to find.

The car pickup was fairly smooth, and there were no major issues with the car. The main problem was that we returned the car half an hour later than agreed, which made us very anxious as we were rushing to catch a flight. Additionally, there was no clear explanation for the service fee they charged; it felt arbitrary, which left a bad impression.

Staff could’ve been more helpful by opening the door when they can see I'm trying to push a trolley & my wife’s pushing a baby pram. Car wasn’t cleaned either & we had to ask for water when previous rental companies in Dubai provide these without asking

I arrived at Dubai Airport in the middle of the night. The car rental pickup location was easy to find and everything went smoothly until it was time to sign the paperwork and get the car. The counter staff insisted I had not purchased the full insurance and demanded I pay 1000 AED on the spot. I presented my rental contract and the English translation of the full insurance terms, but they still didn't accept it. They said their system showed that I hadn't bought the insurance. It was late at night, and I had my kids with me, so I didn't want to argue. We finally agreed that I would pay the 1000 AED to get the car and they would contact customer service to verify the insurance. If it was confirmed that I had purchased it, they would refund the money. However, I haven't been contacted for a refund yet.
