I reserved a Honda Accord, but upon arrival, I was informed that the Accord was unavailable and had to settle for a basic version of the Nissan Altima.

I didnt get the car which I had booked however alternative was good enough with lots of space for luggage. Car needed air in the tyres and that should have been done before the collection. Counter service was good however collecting the car took longer than I expected. After the rental I have seen 2 transactions on my credit card and it would be good if EasyRentCars would send an invoice either via email or in the app explaining the charges.

Only issue was car read low tyre pressure on pick-up. i had to get the tyres pumped up when stopped at a fuel station. Hertz did not honour the EasyCar value, and had me pay a larger number. The original number they quoted was excessive, and was a holiday changer. Thankfully they released the car to me at a better rate, but still more than agreed in the EasyCar terms.

I raised this with Easyrentcars. They say they will refund me the overpaid value as per the Easyrentcars contract. I am still waiting. 20 working days were advised to me as the time I would need to wait for the refund. We are approaching the 20 day mark, so I hope this is resolved in the time allocated.

The car is in good condition, however there is black film in the back glass, and half of the windshield “Really back” that you cannot see anything through it or in the back from the mirror... I am not sure how this is allowed!!

The office didn't have any car ready and had to wait for almost 60 minutes to find me one. I requested Honda however, they got me a Nissan. Staff are friendly but have to turn clients much faster.

Very good competitive prices, and easy to reserve. However, any specific / local rules, like putting a car reserve/ guarantee of $2000 on the credit card, should be mentioned this way we don't get nasty surprises of blocking $2000 blocked and can't be used for over 20 days. Even though my trip was only for 2 days.

Too much waiting to pick car . They charged extra money which is no mentioned in the email. Can you please my refund 12$ money back.

They gave us a "similar" model. We ended up driving a ford eco sport wich was not spacious at all. Mitsubishi would have been more spacious.

Vehicles cannot be returned at T2 in Dubai Airport. Customers need to take a taxi to T2 from T1 or T3

Unfortunately, a comprehensive insurance has been requested other than the paid insurance through the application, as your insurance has not been recognized

We ask the company to compel the companies with comprehensive insurance issued through the program, as an additional 500 dirhams has been requested We hope to provide the Arabic language in the application

They did offer me an upgrade for a very small additional fee but I wanted a larger boot so stuck to the original booking.
