No cruise control The terminal is too far from arrival terminal

The car wasn’t clean , it has a bad smell , the petroleum wasn’t full . They didn’t accept a credit card with enough amounts that was expected in many countries. They charges wasn’t clear for me and after I return the car they charge an d they didn’t send me an invoice with details. Very bad experience with a bad company.

The car exceeded my expectation, it was just what I needed in Dubai. I found Europcar cheaper than anyone else in this car range.

Not flexible with time of pick up

1- during the process to receive the car told me model 2017 even i asked for new model!!!!!! 2- during pick up the car I waited around 30 minutes (that’s bad) 3- when they brought the car was very old car 2015 4- the car very dirty 5- the battery of the car died after 3 days 6- when I called emergency number 800 nobody answered 7- i called ALAIN branch thanks god they answered and bring another car. In the end I will not go again with Fast rent car they are ver unprofessional people

I was given an upgrade and the car (apart from some minor scratches) was in great condition and had only 5000 kilometers.

Very dirty car and very old.not cleaned and in a poor condition inside and out. Use another hire company.

Car was not ready and the the counter staff on drop-off not professional, I will not be back to rent from FAST anymore.

Car was not ready by the time we got to the counter (delayed on landing). The tolls in Dubai were a bit of a surprise as this was not made clear on pickup.

It was a good experience and would recommend it others!

I was given extremely dirty car

The car was exactly same information, picture and specifications as mentioned and the status of the car was fantastic.

Amazing services and all the information is clear and accurate.

The car rental shop was closed and they asked me to drive the car back to the hotel for them to pick up, which wasted several hours.

Car is little old with more than 50000 km done.

Make sure to take detailed photos and videos of the car when you rent it, to save time when returning. Otherwise, any unrecorded damages or stains may be difficult to explain.

Horrible service, after waiting for almost 40 min, they got me a messed up old car with very loud squeek noise although I have booked it a week earlier. They wanted to charge me extra for exchanging it and delivering it to the airport. After returning it, they blamed me for a hubcap scratch which i could not verify since I was handed the car in a dark parking lot outside of the airport.
