Pickup was quick, just mentioned the insurance without pushing it. On the way back, couldn't find a gas station on the highway and returned the car with half a tank. Not sure how much they'll charge.
They claimed to have Chinese service, but there wasn't any. Although I had already purchased insurance, they still added additional coverage, which I didn't mind too much. We had to wait to pick up the car because we needed to wait for someone else to return it.
They charge my husband Credit Card Extra 50 Dirham without any legal reason or they refused to give us the car if we didn't pay this extra charges !?
Really very bad attitude using the Filipino Receptionist !!

The car was having a noisy bearing sound on speed 80 to 100 from rear tiers, steering wheel was shaking strongly on speed 120, tire conditions was poor.

This time around their fleet was upgraded and the car I picked was a new Hyndai, and almost brand new condition. The Staff was very efficient.

Its a great site and give customers many options to choose from different vendors. Unlike some car rental websites, Easyrentcars.com actually discloses the actual car vendor's name.
The location of the pick-up booth was not clear, the billboard only says Europcar, and we had no clue to know it corresponded to Interrent. For a while, we thought we had been scammed!

It takes me at least 40 minutes to get the car , and when I returned the car, they charged me double the fuel price without telling me that before, they are really manipulating their customers to get maximum money they could take, bad experience
