My car was located on term 1 which took more than 60 mins to bring into term 3 as per my request originally!

Good car just lacked a bit of kick. Clean and tidy on pick but not full so return was to the same level. Every scratch or dink was noted and car hire explained clearly on pick up. Drop of was timely but very difficult to find.

Details of pick and drop off a little confusing. Hertz also honoured the timeframe so as we collected late we were given a later drop off time which was good.

No issues, was greeted by friendly staff and offered water on arrival.

It took me more time to hire the car from the counter (2 hours) that it took me in the plane. Terrible.

Car was not the one advertised. It was dirty. Smaller then required, staff was rude. Never renting again.

The car met my expectations. However Fast Rent a Car needs big improvement as they at=re too slow to process.

The car I’ve been allocated was a good car with good quality but it had lots of scratches all over the vehicle even though the vehicle only had around 50000 KMs on it.

I was hoping that by booking ahead the paperwork would not take as long as I always land in the middle of the night.

Thank you so much for the awesome website. I used to contact the rental car office directly and got exorbitant rates. With Eastrentcars I got really competitive rates. The car was clean and new Opel Mokka. I did not wait for that much long about 15 to 20 minutes. Yes, the counter staff was helpful (his name is Edsel). He gave me a delay of two extra hours to return the car. The car rental office can make responding to phone calls faster. I had to wait and hang up the phone sometimes because nobody picked the phone up.

Very good and easy website to use. The rates here are really very competitive compared to the direct contact with the car rental offices.

Car was terrible, scratched all over and stinking of smoke. I heard several other customers complaining in the queue ahead of me. I was able to change car after a day because it was so bad but I had to spend almost 2 hours doing so! The second car was fine but I collected in the dark and failed to check the rear interior properly, when I returned car I was charged for a stain on the back seat although had never used the back seat! 3 months a further unsubstantiated charge was made to my credit card by fast rent a car. DONT just take my word for it read many negative reviews on google.

I booked Ford Explorer and it’s supposed to be 2019 or 2018 model. They gave me 2017 Toyota Prado and promised me to replace it within one day which they didn’t commit to. They never answer phone calls despite tens of calls and once they answered they customer service was extremely bad! Never recommend them again.

I used to book through Ctrip, but this time I chose QEEQ because their prices were lower and the service was just as good.

I was not very happy with the fuel charges upon the return of the car. When I rented the car and picked it up the associate did not explain that you have to bring the car back at the same fuel level that you picked it up. I could have filled it up myself and brought it back. I was charged the full fare of fuel for the difference. I think this was a way for the rental place to make more money. I was not impressed.

We went to the pick up counter at the airport. It took us time to get through the paperwork and then went outside to pick up the car. We were very disappointed at this stage as it was about 4am. The car finally came was a filthy Kia Rio which the booking staff highly recommended for us. The car was covered in scratches, there were quite a few dents and the car inspection staff Riaz did not want to acknowledge all the damages on the car, as we checked inside of the car it was filthy and smelt of smoke. When we told Riaz we wanted non smoking car he said this was the only car available. We were very tired at this stage after a 14 hour flight and decided to write on the inspection form the condition of the car, which Riaz was very unhappy. The car had clicked over 100,000 on the click and bearly managed to use the car for our enjoyment. On return of the car there was a different inspector who was aware of the condition of the car and commented that we were unfortunate to be given that car. We told him our experience with Riaz and he acknowledged that he one of the difficult staff in the company. If we can avoid it we will never use Fast Car Rental again. If anyone is taking this seriously then someone should come back and let us know the outcome. Incidentally you will notice that the car you are asking about is a Mitsubishi which I booked but got a Kia Rio fit to be scrapped.

They charge me full insurance because which I pay for it (full insurance at your website) it's yours and I have to collect any damage from you so they book 4k D then I told them no I need also from you full insurance therefore I pay 336 D addition.
