got a Chevrolet Spark instead of a Figo as booked. on the website the Spark is cheaper, so basically waited 2 hours to get a downgrade and without refund or apologies. When the supplier cannot be trusted, what are the options ?

In Sharjah you have to call Europcar to come to the car drop area.

The car was in terrible condition. It wouldn't start after a short drive, and it took three hours to get assistance! Extremely inefficient service! They replaced the car, but it was still a piece of junk! Stick with international chains for car rentals. Future renters, be careful with your choice!

The Wait was an appalling experience, extremely slow processing of customers and a long queue developed. No communication as to why it takes so long to process a person - 20 minutes each client? seriously bad. My car had to be brought from a different terminal.

Not a long wait, acceptable

Do not buy the so-called insurance from Zuzuche, they won't cover any claims! I submitted a police report but got no response. The app either crashes or freezes. If the business continues this way, they might as well become a scam platform! It would make money faster!

We picked up the car half full and were asked to return it with a full tank, and it had been cleaned beforehand. We were inexplicably charged two small fees. Agreed to pick up the car at 9 o'clock, but they said the car was on the way when we arrived. We waited until 9:40 before they leisurely told us they were changing the car to a Mazda 3 and upgrading three levels. Do they think we don't know cars?

Price is high for that type of car.

When you pick up the car, the inspector quickly glances and asks you to sign. However, at drop-off, they bend down to check every inch, especially the undercarriage, for any scratches. My car was inspected like this; no scratches during my rental period, but the inspector claimed there were scratches upon return and wanted to charge me! Nowhere to argue.

The deal mentioned A6 or equivalent ans we have got infinity Q50 which is a much smaller car. We could not even put two suitcases in the trunk. Had to carry one if of them in the backseat. My only worry is that on the easyrent website there were much cheaper deals with europecar that showed infinity Q50 or equivalent. So the result is that i dont trust the website anymore as I used to.

Check the car throughly and take loads of photos, they will go over the car with a fine tooth comb at the end. Also photo the windscreen - they found a pin sized mark on the windscreen (1mm max, too small to show up on a wide angle photo) and were going to get me to pay for a new windscreen, when luckily they managed to clean it off (ie it was only dirt in the end). Not a very fun experience - stressful - I have never before had a pin sized mark questioned, let alone one on the windscreen - they told me the windscreen was worth more than the car.

Inspection showed no issues and we signed off, but later they emailed claiming there was damage and charged me nearly a thousand yuan without reason. This is a terrible company!!

The waiting time was extremely long and the staff were incredibly slow compared to car rental companies in other parts of Asia.

No car was smaller. Having booked a Mitsubishi eclipse (or similar) the Ford we got really didn't feel like it was in the same class. However we managed.

Seemed to take a long time doing paperwork at the desk. Aside from that all good.

Not good

The staff of the car rental company was very enthusiastic and friendly, and they explained the rental and usage precautions in detail.

Even though I bought full insurance, the rental company staff still recommended their insurance.
