They told us the back seat was dirty when we returned the car. They suggested we clean it ourselves, otherwise, the company would charge a high fee. We were in a hurry to catch a flight, so the receptionist offered to help and only charged us 70 AED for cleaning. We even gave an extra 100 AED as a tip. Later, we found an additional charge of over 100 AED on our credit card for the dirty back seat. This was very disappointing as we couldn't dispute it after leaving.

No Chinese service and no terminal shuttle service. The car was in great and new condition.

Overall service was good, but the deposit refund is too slow. Returned the car on February 13th local time, and still haven't received the deposit back as of today. Not sure how much longer it will take. Additionally, the extra day rental fee due to early return hasn't been refunded either.

Extremely dissatisfied. Once they have your money, they won't refund it no matter how legitimate your reasons are.

I really dont know were to start from!!! I booked a car on easyrent cars company europcars. I was very very dissapointed with the staff who were running the europcars at Dubai airport. Me my husband and my 2 year old toddler were exhauseted due to the lateness of flight wen walked into europcars 3 staff memebers were free doing nothing besides talking to eacother 1 was in process of serving a customer we waited their for 45 mins and we did not get served my husband approached a stff member 3 Times and he was told wen we call u then come to the desk they were so rude and so unprofessional at the end we walked out due to the wait. So then we booked a car from HERTZ they were very polite and we got a car whithin 10mins.

It is generally nice, but please check all scratches in time of check in, because they will count any scratch later Take in mind that they promise to give you back your hold amount after 2 weeks

Overall service was quite satisfactory

Would have been good to have been escorted to pickup location. Had a little difficulty finding the car in the general pickup car park one level up and away from Arrivals. Wasn’t told to report into second rental office - was given number plate of car only.

the car was running over 89000 km have noise on the road mitsubishi small instead of Accent Huyndhy, they accused me of a small damage in the front right while I only drived the car 30 km to the hotel and back. They blocked 2500 AED inspite having full insurance coverage

Paid for Full insurance, provide CDM 500 AED. Plan

I have to admit that everything was ok from the booking process to the price and the process at the Europcar first counter next to the arrivals which they said that the car should be ready in 15 mins. So we went on to exchange money and get wifi service which took some time. By the time we went to pick up the person told us 30 mins. and after that he went adding until 2 1/2 hrs later we got the car and it was after midnight which I believe it counts as the next day (or at least if you return it after midnight some companies would've charged you a whole day). So that made our experience a not pleasant one.

We got Mitsubishi Attage. The car was not powerful, but very good. We paid 250 Eur with full insurance for 12 days, so it was a very good price.

The car pickup process at Dubai airport was chaotic. Someone drove the car over and immediately let us drive off without a proper place to inspect the car thoroughly! As we were about to leave, we suddenly noticed a phone ringing continuously. It turned out to be a work phone left in the car, and they asked us to return it! Such incidents! Bad review!

Car was fine. A little battered and well used but I did not mind that in a place like Dubai.

I booked ford escape and got ford ecosport, was a big difference in space :(

I waited for a very long time had whole family including young children. The staff were not too informed about the booking. Had better pick up experience from other rental companies in the past.

I ask for accent but what I found smaller car and I don’t know how to comply. This is cheating
