About Hertz: 9.4 /10
Like: End to end reliability, condition of car, performance. When the former renter only refilled the vehicle to 3/4, we obtained a small refund to honour this.
Dislike: Hard to return at Luton Airport (car return not well sign posted) but not Hertzs fault. Airport needs to do better.

“Hertz- AWFUL QEEQ - Great!”

I got an EV, I couldn’t activate the Polstar card. I couldn’t charge the car as I didn’t have a ChargingScotland card. I contacted Hertz and received no reply. I will not use them again.

booked a caddy van but did not have one down graded me to a petrol corsa ended up costing me more in fuel than it would of in the small van as i have a company fuel card thats why i wanted a diesel
