Like: The prices are rather competitive (typically lower than in some other broker agencies), the service is excellent, the staff are always available through the live chat service, the free cancellation is a very useful option, the price includes exactly what is specified, and we did not pay any additional costs at the desk of the rental agency. Dislike: In the rental agreement, it was specified that “cross border is free of charge”. It happened that due to the miss-communication between the rental and broker agency this cross border was not free of charge. However, the EasyRentCars accepted to reimburse the cost, and it turned out to also be a positive experience. We are thankful to EasyRentCars.
You usually don't get the car you reserved. I booked a Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon but was given an Alfa Romeo. The Alfa Romeo has no other major issues, but the front bumper radar sensor is blocked by the license plate, which is not securely fixed. When driving, the license plate shakes, causing frequent false alerts. It's pretty frustrating.
1. Charged an extra 50 euros for overtime due to flight delay, which is very excessive. It was about 1 hour.
2. Overcharged.
3. Deliberately did not provide the reserved model, claiming the order was too cheap.
