The car was very expensive. Taking a longer period (2 weeks) we thought we would get a better deal. The insurance they tried to sell us at pick up was also grossely overpriced.

“Easy rental cars lived up to it’s name!”

The booking and checking process was smooth. The staff at europcar were friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty in finding the car in Bay Area among sea of cars so can improve on this process if possible. We were offered a different car to one that was booked,but it was a good car in this case so no complaints.

Car rental return signage at Brisbane international airport is hindered by high grass and we thought europcar has a different return location and skip the drive in. We google search and it directs us to domestic airport to return. It is important for stranger driver to see a clear company signage for easy and smooth car return.

“Service OK, be aware of fuel charge after return”

There's no warning about fuel charge after return. Be aware of that. Fuel meter indicated full when I returned the car. Still, I got charged for 8 litre(AUD30) the day after.
