I paid for full insurance but Europe car said I don’t have insurance incase of claim I need to pay

Europcar were good, although I was charged an international money transfer fee which I don't recall being in the contract. The vehicle was new, but a software glitch produced an airbag warning sign on the dashboard. The car itself was very basic and Mitsubishi really need to upgrade their "clunker" engines.

The vehicle had a mark on the front bumper which was I picked up on and the agreement paper work needed redoing to add this. Still a little bit of rubbish in the compartments. Otherwise Excellent staff.
