Horrible!!! Our appointment time to pickup was 11:30am. Stood in line for about 45-1hr. Car was still not ready.

I had to wait for almost 45 minutes before I could talk to the Customer Service person. Once my turn came, the CS persons sucks. Fake smiles, looked disinterested to serve me. Was making negative comment and dislike face on my decision to not take their offered insurance programs because I already had one. Kept on asking me for my e-mail and home address, while just less than 5 minutes ago he already asked me to write it down on a piece of paper.

It was easy and smooth renting through Easyrentcars. The information provided on the website is also very clear, clean, and straightforward. Easy to navigate and understand.

Waited for a long time in line. We had booked for a Hybrid but were told that they do not carry any hybrids but were extremely rude about it. The counter staff was very very rude as if she had some personal grouse and was taking it out on the customers.

Like: I have stood in line so long at other car rental companies. I was in line less than 10 minutes with E-Z/ Advantage rental. I will definitely be using you in the future.
