They gave me a smaller car than what it was reserved. They said the car I was getting was bigger than what I reserved. I reserved a Jeep Cherokee or similar and was given a Jeep Compass. My trip was so uncomfortable because of this

When I picked up the car there was a problem with the one I chose so I had to swap to another. Being me, I left a jacket and hat in the first car. A very nice attendant called Mustafa kept them in the office and had them waiting for me when I returned my rental. Excellent customer service
Like: I got an upgrade when the customer ahead of me cancelled their rental with very little cost. Very nice car and made my driving on the trip that much nicer. Thanks Dislike: Did have to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in but then compensated me with the upgrade.
Like: I love the truck and I didn’t want to let him go. Wish I could have bought him!! Dislike: I didn’t like that there was no section numbering 11 and the ladies in the booth weren’t helpful until the 3rd time walking around the parking lot and me telling the ladies there were no trucks a gentleman walked up and asked if I needed help and got a truck delivered right away from the back after he saw me and my 11yr old daughter desperately looking for the truck section.
