Very satisfied

There is no Chinese service. Possibly due to the high demand for rentals during the New Year, the attitude of a few foreigners was terrible; they showed no expression and were very impatient when explaining issues. The car model I booked was unavailable, and I was given a very small car with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

Waited for an hour and a half to get the car! They explained that it was due to the Chinese New Year, so there were more people, but the problem was that there were hardly any Chinese people in line, mostly foreigners. I booked a mid-size SUV, Mitsubishi Outlander, but ended up getting a Camry. Didn't want to wait any longer, so I took the Camry. Overall, I felt the efficiency was a bit low.

Very easy to deal with; located centrally however address on website wasn’t up to date which caused some inconvenience.

Update to correct address for pick up if vehicle.

国際線の受付は、無人でした。 電話して国内線受付へ来るように言われ移動。 少し戸惑いました。 返却は、レンタカー返却のカウンターで済みます。
