Upon arrival, they said there was a free upgrade promotion and asked me to sign in the upgrade section. They said I wouldn't have to pay the original £700+, but later denied it and said because I signed, I must pay.

I clearly rented an automatic car, but was told there were none available. I had to pay significantly more to rent an automatic car, which felt very unfair.

The delay was half a day. I asked the store how much extra I would need to pay for a half-day delay, and they told me it would be the price of an additional day. When I got to the store, the price for that extra day was nearly 60 pounds. If they had told me this high price earlier, I wouldn't have chosen to be late. It's a rip-off.
