Was informed by your colleague that the car was in perfect condition with no scratches or dents but before I left the pickup point I had call the assistant to my vehicle to point out several scratches & dents and informed him that I’ve taken photos which are dated and I all so took several photos of my rental before returning. I was not the only customer who had to point out issues which I witnessed on the 4th July 2019

Very easy process and I was pleased that I was able to complete all my additional coverage for my hired vehicle before hand to avoid any hard sell at pick up point.

Not enough staff in Seattle office so had a long wait. We dropped car off early in San Francisco due to parking difficulties. We had been advised on the phone that we would get a refund for unused days but this did not happen. In addition we have received an invoice for a surcharge since we got home -for what? Very disappointing.

Address for pick-up from Avis in Seattle was incorrect so booking had to be altered.
