Long queue in San Francisco, waited for almost an hour

I am very disappointed with this rental company. Firstly, despite clearly stating at the counter that we did not need any additional services, they still added over 1,000 RMB in fees. When we protested, the staff crossed out the fees with a pen and told us not to worry, but the charges were still deducted after returning the car. Multiple negotiations have not resolved the issue, leaving me extremely disappointed with Hertz!!! Furthermore, the quality of this Model 3 was particularly poor. The exterior was covered in scratches, the interior was heavily soiled, and most importantly, it had severe wind leakage far worse than other Model 3s. Additionally, we specifically asked the store staff and were told that charging was free, but we were still charged for it after returning the car. Overall, this was a very unsuccessful and unpleasant car rental experience, and our complaint is still ongoing…

Dislike: My reservation is from 10:30 to 10:30, but I didn't get the car till 11:15 because the car we reserve wasn't ready, they upgraded to a similar SUV but didn't like, so wait for the car which was okay with us, but when we returned the car around 11 pm, the parking lot attendant still there, and told us that the person who take care of the return car paperwork still there just step out the office, so we wait a little, didn't return. So the attendant showed us how & where to drop key & paperwork which we did. Then later on found out they charged us 1 extra day, so have to contact them and they reversed the charges. Also would be nice if they email us the invoice after instead I had to call and requested.
