El auto fue muy sucio, especial los cristales a dentro. Ademas huvo todavia traces de pegamiento de etiquetas del auto nuevo. la atencion del personel, especialmente a la devolucion, no fue coordinada y muy chaotica. Me dejaron esperar mas de 30 min en el bus.

Beware of the Hertz car rental at Cancun Airport—it’s a scam! I booked a seven-seater SUV (Suburban) three months in advance through the Zuzuche app, but when I picked up the car today, I was shocked. The promised vehicle turned into a downgraded economy five-seater MG, full of scratches and in poor condition. This is such a deceitful act by a supposedly reputable international company, dodging their obligation to provide a vehicle of the same class by canceling the original reservation just hours before pick-up!
