Le enseñe a la persona de Hertz el bona de QEEQ donde ponia que teniamos contratada una franquícia de 1100€ y no valió para nada. Me dijo que las condiciones de Hertz eran 1800€ de franquicia y nos vimos obligados a contratar un seguro que nos costó 100€ porqué la diferencia de 700€ Hizo que no tuviesemos suficiente saldo en la targeta. Por supuesto el señor del mostrador de Hertz echó toda la culpa al intermediario, en este caso QEEQ. Nos hemos sentido engañados.

I was inexplicably overcharged and am currently coordinating through the rental company. Thieves are rampant in the Barcelona subway; I encountered two groups of thieves within five minutes, which was terrifying.

Tras leer las reviews iba muy asustado pero, no se si fue casualidad de la chica o algo generalizado, la experiencia fue genial. No intentó venderme ni agregarme nada y todo fue claro y directo, además de muy amable y profesional. El coche estaba sucio, olía mal y tenía bollos y rozaduras por todos lados, pero era alta gama y con muchos extras y en general terminamos contentos.

No full check up of vehicle before handover. Car was dirty and full of scratches and delivery person was rude to clean up. Finally with lots of arguments vehicle was changed which was good. Again no time given to inspect vehicle and person on duty was not interested to mark damage. Also he wrongly mark shelf in car which was not there. On returning person mark damage on Tire but same was not ask to check on handing over time. Since full coverage was there which safeguard for charges due to negligence of Hartz team. Great learning while renting car
