Le enseñe a la persona de Hertz el bona de QEEQ donde ponia que teniamos contratada una franquícia de 1100€ y no valió para nada. Me dijo que las condiciones de Hertz eran 1800€ de franquicia y nos vimos obligados a contratar un seguro que nos costó 100€ porqué la diferencia de 700€ Hizo que no tuviesemos suficiente saldo en la targeta. Por supuesto el señor del mostrador de Hertz echó toda la culpa al intermediario, en este caso QEEQ. Nos hemos sentido engañados.

I had already paid in full, but the Hertz staff at the store canceled my car because I arrived late, and asked me to pay extra for a more expensive car. When I called QEEQ's Chinese customer service, they said they could not control Hertz and I needed to negotiate myself. I feel that QEEQ offers very low protection for customers, and Hertz is poorly managed with intentional price increases. After I insisted, they admitted I had paid in full and had to reserve the car for me. Even if I didn't pick up the car, it was still mine. Eventually, they provided a car of the same class, which proves they had a car but didn't want to give it to me initially. Their behavior was very malicious.
The service was great. They gave us a two categories higher car without extra charge because the requested was not available.
The counter at the ibiza airport gives priority to the arrived flights versus clients that are already at the island (3 employees on one side, none on the other). That annoyed us but after complaining one employee helped us.
Definitely exceeded my expectations,I got an upgrade to a CABRIO VW BEETLE as they had no mini,s,the desk staff were very professional and helpful .
