Would rent from Qeeq again without a doubt

The rental company is right next to the train station, very easy to find. The service is quick, and explanations are clear.

Check-in was the worst we’ve experienced and we’ve rented many cars in Valencia with all the companies. The 2 agents working that day were so busy chatting and giggling with each other and the other workers that we were stuck in a LONG line of people waiting to check in or check out. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the car and there was no reason for the delay. Every customer in line was clearly as annoyed as we were. That said, our return went smoothly and quickly with a different employee so no complaints on our return. We will not use this RecordGo location again, however.

Great service

Smal plastic cover on driver's door handle at the lock went missing during hire. At drop off I pointed this out and was told someone had tried to break in as he demonstrated that the door lock did not work. There didn't appear to be any damage and I only used the remote control to gain entry and for locking. Anyhow I was not in a position to argue and accepted the repair cost 444 euros. which is very steep. Thankfully I was able to claim the full cost through my excess car hire insurance I purchased separately before we travelled. Can't fault RecordGo as they did email the damage report to me to enable the insurance company to agree the claim.
