The car provided was different from the one booked, and of a lower grade. The only compensation was not having to return the car with a full tank of gas. Service attitude and waiting time were satisfactory.

terrible. First car not drivable. Delay cost us half day of vacation and we missed an appointment with friends. Second car not adequate. Third car was a diesel, not desired nor requested. Fourth car was acceptable.

Dislike: No much choice for 6-7 seaters SUV or MPV.
