I ordered a Fiat 500 and got upgraded to a Jeep, as they had limited availability on smaller cars. Desk staff were really friendly. I would definitely rent from them again.

Smooth booking process and I liked the free cancellation provided by QEEQ.
There are two issues: First, the vehicle condition. They initially gave me a reserved Jeep, but during inspection, I found that the tires were heavily damaged with uneven surfaces. When I started the engine, the tire pressure warning came on. They changed the car to a Yaris, which wasted time. Although the Yaris was new, it felt very light and unstable, which was disappointing, even though they said it belonged to the same category as the Jeep. Second, the fuel policy. Unlike other rental companies, they insisted on seeing my fuel receipt when returning the car. I refueled about 40 km away, and while the dashboard displayed a full 8 bars, they still claimed it wasn’t fully refueled and charged me a fuel penalty of about 25 euros. Today, I also received an email saying the fuel was short by 4.95 liters. Other companies only check the fuel gauge when returning the car, but this was the first time I encountered a company that verifies receipts and fuel station locations. Moreover, when I picked up the car, the dashboard also showed 8 bars. How could I know if the car was completely full when I got it? In any case, I won't rent from this company again.
The car was god value for money and we had no issues with the car through the whole hire period.
Not all marks on the car at the point of hire had been marked on the paperwork but were on the iPad the staff were using. So this slowed the process down at pick-up.
On return, the staff were extremely fussy about the condition and in particular the interior of the vehicle. Based on many years of car hire experience, I had never paid much attention to the interior condition at pick-up but small stains on seats were identified that i had trouble explaining away and this on a 40k miles car. Advice to future hirers - be very cautious of condition at pick-up.

lots of hassle on extra insurance also over charged on fuel even though returned car back with full tank. very dissapointed
