It showed more than 3600 in China, but at Charles de Gaulle, I was forced to pay over 7000 to pick up the car, claiming I hadn't bought insurance. In China, I was assured that no additional fees would be charged, and I could pick up the car with my order. With my plans already set, I had no choice but to pay extra. When I complained after returning to China, customer service said I had no proof of the forced charge at Charles de Gaulle and since the rental period had ended, they claimed I voluntarily paid and didn't communicate properly with the rental company, so they wouldn't process my complaint. It feels like a complete scam! If I understood French fluently, why would I rent a car from your website????? The car I eventually got wasn't even the one I reserved. Everyone, be cautious and clarify everything in advance! It's a total scam, and no one has resolved this issue until now!
Je n'ai pas pu joindre le loueur le lundi et je n'ai donc pas pu récupérer la voiture, car l'adresse n'était pas assez précise (gare SNCF). J'ai eu le responsable de l'agence le lendemain matin. Il m'a reçu de manière lamentable, me disant que tout était de ma faute "J'aurais du demander à l'accueil de la gare où était l'agence de location de voiture !".
